Energy Star is excited to announce a new recognition for offices this fall called ENERGY STAR Tenant Space. Despite the challenges we are all facing, this is an exciting new opportunity that we wanted to share with all of you.

You can visit their "how to prepare" guide to learn more. It outlines the steps involved in achieving the recognition, with a focus on what tenants can do now to prepare. You can also find updates as we get closer to the launch on their ENERGY STAR Tenant Space web page.  Please share it with any of your colleagues who may be good prospects for the recognition or in a position to share it with their tenants.

Additionally, Energy Star is looking for help in identifying a handful of tenants or landlords who could provide information about their lighting fixtures for use in their final round of testing. If you or a colleague is interested, we ask that you complete and submit the attached spreadsheet for at least one suite or floor by early August. We recognize that this is a challenging time for office building stakeholders to gather such information, so all your hard work is much appreciated!

Thank you very much for your interest in ENERGY STAR Tenant Space. Please let us know if you have any questions.
